Discontinuance of Shipments, Cancelation of Subscriptions, and Customer Refunds

At Cost Fulfillment is a third party fulfillment service to our clients.  We do not have control nor authority of customer subscriptions, charges, or refunds incurred between our clients and their customers.   In order for recipients to cease shipments, charges, and or receive refunds on charges, they must contact their subscription provider to which they originally entered in to the subscription contract with.

Please Note: At Cost Fulfillment does not have control nor authority of customer refunds.  Returning your product to At Cost Fulfillment will not affect current, past, or future transactions until customers contact their subscription provider regarding the issue.
